TERMS & CONDITIONS
On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, we will contact you and provide you with a confirmation of availability, villa rate (including any applicable tax), and the 50% of deposit required.
INVOICING, IDR & US$ DETAILS
Invoice and Bank Account details for transfer of rental / event funds, will be sent at the same time as the tentative booking confirmation. All invoicing will be in US Dollars. Facility for deposits, full or partial payment of funds in IDR is available upon request. Foreign exchange rate will be calculated on the date of transaction at the CIMB Niaga current rate for the US Dollar equivalent to be received to our account in CIMB Niaga. This rate can be obtained from the villa management at any time upon request. If transferring from a bank other than CIMB Niaga please allow for receiving bank charges. Alternatively, any shortage of funds will be added to the Villa Master Bill, payable upon check out.

CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
All requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing. While Villa 2 Karang Kembar Estate will try to accommodate booking changes this will only occur subject to availability.
Villa 2 Karang Kembar Estate requires that all cancellations are notified in writing. (Email is acceptable.) Where a booking is cancelled a minimum of three months before the booked arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full, subject to the approval of the property owner.
Cancellations made less than three months prior to the arrival date forfeit all monies paid by the guest in relation to the booked stay. Final payments are non refundable.
EVENTS AND PARTIES
A guest wishing to hire the villa for a wedding or party must stipulate this during the booking process. Extra charges will be incurred for events and parties and these can be confirmed on application.
DAMAGE OR LOSS
The guest hiring the villa is responsible for leaving the villa in the same clean and tidy condition that it was found in. If the property suffers from damage or loss as a result of the guest or a member of his or her party being the cause of the damage then the cost to repair or purchase new items will be charged back to the guest who made the original booking
The Owner will not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use of the property, pluming, gas, electrical or otherwise and exceptional weather conditions. No responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings of the guest or any member of his or her party during the holiday.
